I’m Simone Mathews, interior designer and holiday property owner, and I’ll be sharing my real-life advice on how I created SOUL of Gerringong, a beautiful holiday property on the NSW south coast that was booked out a year in advance within just a few weeks of opening our doors. It’s a model I’ve shared with successful holiday property owners around the country, and now I’m sharing it with you.
